What to do when you are involved in a

If you are the leasing agent (you represent the landlord), turn in:

☐  Lease listing agreement
​☐  Lease agreement when the property gets leased
If you are the tenants agent, turn in:
​☐  IABS
​☐  Lease agreement
​☐  You may have to send a Legacy W9 to the property management company
​☐  You may also need to send over an Agreement Between Brokers addenda
