What to do once you have an
EXECUTED CONTRACT
☐ Offer is written, excepted, executed delivered and is now a contract
☐ Contract has an option period.
☐ Keep contract until the option period is expired, waived or exercised.
☐ If the option has expired or is waived, fill out the money sheet (see link below) and send it with an executed and receipted contract and all paperwork to [email protected]
☐ If the option period is exercised, terminate the contract and turn in paperwork for filing.
These docs must accompany the executed and contract:
☐ MLS Sheet
☐ Option and earnest Receipts
☐ IABS form
☐ Buyer's Representation Agreement (If your client is a buyer)
☐ Sellers Disclosure Signed by Both Parties
☐ Lead Based Paint Addendum (if property was built before 1978)
☐ Any addenda or amendments
☐ Inspection Report if we are the buyers agent
☐ Send a text to broker a week before closing ensuring a CDA (commission dispersal agreement) has been sent to the title company. 817-690-3482
